*NOTE:

  1. The above prices are for 2 people, per day. For children up to 12 years old, the extra bed is € 15 per day, they will be our welcome guests for breakfast, while for meals we apply a discount of 50% on the standard price.
  2. In case of single occupancy, the charge is reduced to 70 % of the standard price.
  3. The above prices are inclusive of: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (with weekly change), consumptions,  final cleanings and the use of the garden area and of barbecue.

 

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Reservation is valid only after the payment  of a deposit of the 30% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation, let us know as soon as possible. Please, note that we will have to keep the deposit paid unless we can replace your booking with an equivalent one.
Reservations hold for the entire period requested: in case of early departure, the entire amount of the booking will be charged to you.

Check-in and check-out

Our apartments are available for our guests from 1.00 PM of the arrival day, while they have to be left within 10 AM of your departure day.
